30 days to decide

Fit it, use it, and if it is not right for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. We pay the return postage.

Email help@kerbaustralia.store with your order number. We reply within one business day with the return address. Items must be in a resaleable condition.

Faulty or not as described

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and we cover return postage.
